Managing all aspects of scope of work: community relations, maintenance needs, contractor vetting and supervising, supervising all projects on site.
Stress level manageable, great flexibility in schedule, great company and owners to work for, short commute, small rent concession.
Cons: Non-emergency night calls from residents. People behaving badly on the property. Stress concerning personal finances.
