To good to be true.
Project Supervisor, Construction:
Be cautious of what you are offered for perks and the fine print. One year for one week vacation turned into three days for year and a half. Three years for two weeks vacation turned into five for two weeks vacation . Then all benefits/vacation time were removed and a 10 percent pay cut was placed. Also be aware of when subs are telling you more about what's going on with your job and company and the people who are running it. This kind of stuff makes everyone else wondering what's going on and who's getting what. Lots of negative talk and activity begins and nobody trust anybody which trickles down to the work performance . If you work hard go above and beyond and you know you bring more to the table that is expected of you and you are not being rewarded for your above and beyond performance it's definitely time to find an employer who will. You will never know if the grass is greener on the other side if you don't check.
