Low paying and unreasonable expectations of work load. 100 hr weeks are not uncommon here. Ceiling on potential bonus. Slow to catch up to the industry curve on work life balance. Nothing like missing birthdays/ anniversary's/ vacation for it to all pay off eventually...not.
