Pros: The best about this job is that you see the results of your work. No need for people to give you compliments, you know how well you are doing.
Cons: It`s in between all departments and layers in the company, many people are not sure what you are doing, many people are not sure they should be following your requests, many people come to you with tasks that are way under your level.
