There will also be a learning curve, everyone does things differently, make sure you train and work with different staff so you can get up to speed on how the department works. If there are specific things you need to know, seek training for them as soon as possible, even seek initiative to become familiar with the item you want to learn and do some research on it as well as the company that you are looking to work in. It shows initiative, it shows that this is where you want to work and it shows you do your research. Just trust in the things you know and realize technology is ever changing and a career where you are constantly learning.

Pros: I love that I get to use the skills I have developed during my career and now get to challenge myself more in these areas. I have great flexibility to work around my family life and have a very supportive manager.
Cons: It's a long commute and sometimes the business is too large to support the deliverables as the customer expects.
