Cons: There are an increasing amount of non-profitable busy body non-value added useless tasks to achieve a simple order, installation, and implementation of a solution for our customers.

Overall decent company to work for with a pretty solid group of people across all the offices I encountered. Average to above average compensation, benefits are pretty meh, culture is OK, management is average, flexibility and work/life balance is A+. I'd recommend improving the benefits/perks, that's about it.

Pros: Its a good company at the HQ and Company Management level. The opportunities inside the company are growing as well.
Cons: Service Support contracts lead to a disconnect on what a position is needing to do, and what the company has contracted to do. Pay increases are few and far between.
