Pros: Size of projects, variety of types of projects, staff and people in JHB are generally great, commission structures some companies have in place, companies culture is important. Ethics of some construction companies are great.
Cons: Traffic on some occasions, many of the same companies tendering for the same projects, some companies are unethical and do not treat their staff, contractors or suppliers too well.
