Making a difference.
Project Management Director:
When you perform project management, there is the private side that involves making a profit. Working within a university setting, keeping within budget is important but updating and building new infrastructure to support students which some day will be the leaders of tomorrow is very satisfying. It is nice to hear students from time to time mention that a campus was very friendly and supportive in preparing them for the future.

Cons: Can't stay away from work . Can't take peaceful vacations.

Cons: Nothing except grumpy staff, who complain all the time.
