Project Management Assistant:
Pros: Making a contribution to Society by improving systems that create access to better health care services.
Cons: Introducing new concepts to people who are not receptive to change. Change then becomes a gradual process, where people do not always respond optimally and effectively. It becomes an un-ending process which can yield positive or negative results; depending on what peoples' views or perceptions on a new initiative are.
