Great place to learn something new in everything but with low pay scale.

Pros: Boss is good. He helps learning something new to grow faster. He is more confident in work and make sure to make all his employees becomes confident too. Good workplace.
Cons: Pay scale is low. It is low compared to other companies those are involved in same work. Quality work missing in some work and most of projects doesn't complete in given time, as I am a project engineer directly involved in Company sales, I have to answer all customer's questions for not completing work in time and this is annoying when it happens often.

Personally very challenging, working with the government providing contract deliveries to their needs.

Cons: Upper managements philosophy on hiring new engineers. They base the requirements on nothing but GPA scores. And give very little credence on past experience.
