Pros: Being able to work with various people of different backgrounds and disciplines in the US and overseas.
Cons: Inconsistent direction from management
lack of opportunities for training and development and how it is not a considered by management
No opportunities to be compensated for overtime efforts

Pros: Comfortable area, great family town, and very much an easy living place.
Cons: Low employment opportunities. Lack of store and restaurant selections. Distance from entertainment.
