Pros: Freedom to implement your thoughts. Some say is as a positive think. But what if the idea is not aligned with organizational goals ?
Cons: Less flexibility, no planning, no value for time of company & employees, no proper work distribution etc.. Most of the employees are made to slog for few ones benefits.
