Everyone is willing to help you or teach you, if there are any areas that you would like to improve on, Suffolk goes above and beyond to provide you with the training or tools you need to be effective. The company loves innovation which creates a lot of opportunities for advancement and personal development. Suffolk loves to give back to the community and encourages volunteer work and helping others. It is great working for a company with great people, awesome opportunities and that cares.
Cons: The company does tend to run lean and it can do a better job a placing and tracking the movement of people from job to job. A lot of new people to the company has increased the need for training and development. A lot of new processes and changes are being made without properly training the employees first.
