February 2019
Programmer Analyst:
Good chances for you to train up yourself as lots of chances to work. Once your boss assigned you an application, he will give you all the tasks related to you and only you. You will then be also the decision-maker. So you have chances to learn super multi-tasking, decision-making. Also, you can get familiar with the applications/ projects you are working in a quick pace. However, here the payment/ benefits are not in proportion to your effort. Once discussing with you on your coming benefit, LOTS of fake promises are made. Once the day comes, they will only notify you after their CAREFUL & DETAILED planning, their promises will be shrunken by "a bit". This is quite disappointing. Also, some of the managers are not providing clear direction, or even wrong direction as they seldom get involved in the projects. You will have to secretly inform them during meetings. Else, they will promise the users something that can never be achieved or something that might violates the original functionalities of the applications.
