Redfin is a great company to work for if you're not afraid of hard work. Management is a little complicated to navigate but if you can figure it out, you'll succeed here. It's a challenging environment, but it's also rewarding. The company has a lot of strong goals that they are poised to achieve in the near future. They have great medical benefits and a generous stock plan. Salary compensation is low compared to similar tech companies of the same size.
