Production Team leader Reviews
What is it like working as a Production Team leader?
February 2023
Production Team leader in Birmingham:
Pros: Putting out Quality product for our customers in a timely fashion. I can wear head phones. I can take my break when I want.
Cons: One of the members of management is not a team player which makes some days unnecessarily harder than others.
September 2022
It varies from day to day.
Production Team leader in Siler City:
Pros: Consistent
Cons: The feeling of discriminated. (In position and pay) that I’ve been with the company 3+ years and management asked for me to move up to supervisor position; went thru their process (even signed offer letter) but a past record denied me the position; was told by upper management that it was just a minor set back that when I finished my probation that we would be ready to go. Well some management changed and a minor set back became a major set back! That their religious persona differs from their policies, which makes it a confliction. That I hate to say it; but this confliction makes me feel that there are 2 faces
