Integrated planning together with operational actuals form a good source of measurement when in comparison.
Cons: Your mind becomes focused on the next tasks at hand thus keeping you pre-occuppied. Growth opportunities are few as this organisation has a low staff turn over.

Pros: What is great about my job is that every day is different; there is never a dull moment! I also have a lot interaction with people.
Cons: CBP is a young company and has a lot of the distraction that come with new publicly traded companies. Our organization is very lean and lacks dept in many areas. This adds many additional responsibilities to personnel at all facets of our organization.
