Working for a small company can limit your career!
Production Manager, Film/TV:
If you work full time for a small company you should consider moving every few years to get a higher rate of pay. Small companies may be flexible but your salary is always going to be an issue. Your pay rise is virtually coming out of your bosses pocket so not an easy thing to get! Good practice to move on too as it broadens your knowledge and skill base.
