Pros: Helping others and resolving problems that may occur. Having the opportunity to learn more about how the company run and the different components used to assure that the members are satisfied and information provided is accurate so that we can better service our clients.
Cons: At times, it can be difficult dealing with individuals that have strong personalities and/or poor work ethics. These individuals are the hardest to motivate.

Pros: General challenge to meet daily output goals and shipment deadlines.
Working together with other affiliated departments to improve efficiency and maximum output.
Having the opportunity to have significant impact on the company's daily success.
Cons: Taking heat from high superiors when issues or problems occur that effect the output.
