Product Development Specialist Reviews

What is it like working as a Product Development Specialist?

December 2017
The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Product Development Specialist in Pleasant Grove:
Pros: DoTERRA has such an amazing atmosphere among coworkers. Everyone works hard and has fun in my department. They are fairly flexible with your hours and usually give you a bonus at the end of the year (sometimes is disappointing). The health benefits are great! They match your 401k (first 3%=100%, & 4-5%=50% match).
Cons: The CEO's try and run the ever-growing large company as a small company and feel the need to make every single decision (salaries of all employee's, product ideas, etc.). All upper management is extremely petty with each other. There is absolutely no internal structure for growth and they pay far under the average salary for the area/state/US.
