This company talks out both sides of their mouth. CEO will send letters about how they’re supporting transgender rights bills in the Massachusetts legislature because we support our LGBT employees. Then turnaround and pour PAC money into congress so they won’t prevent us from selling our products to Saudi Arabia, one of the most Draconian countries out there.

Cons: Political network of management and getting people to abide by process changes.

Process Improvement Engineer:
Pros: Empowerment. Good working environment. Excellent interpersonal relationships, excellent environment for functioning of cross functional teams. Management support. No stress. Work is exciting; we keep getting small/ medium level projects throughout the year.
Cons: Long office hours. Strategic management initiatives are not in line with held/ provided resources.
