What is it like working as a Process Engineer?

December 2018
Process Engineer:
The Hot Dip Galvanizing Line I worked on was a great team with wonderful people. Benefits and insurance were standard. AK upper management has a very punitive and dictatorial managing style that hurts morale.

Good opportunity for growth, if properly focused.
Process Engineer in Mebane:
Pros: The community is growing, lots of opportunity for future development here.
Cons: The traffic and construction is annoying, and there really isn't much around here for eating lunch or happy hour. I wish there were more cafe style places here.
November 2018
Process Engineer:
Great company to work for, lots of little perks including office gym, fuseball & ping pong, loyalty program, and great parties for Xmas and company AGM. Extremely young work force with an odd amount of Irish immigrants. Biggest struggles are communication, accountability and planning. Company growth is hard to keep up with. Highly recommend.
November 2018
Expensive.

Cons: Rent, very bad public transport with no real night links through the week
October 2018
Hard Work Could pay off.
Process Engineer in Hampton:
Pros: The team is very pragmatic and down to earth. Willing to get the job done safely and correctly without compromising quality.
