Pros: The company truly cares about doing the right things in their facilities. They do not try to shortcut anything when it comes to the contractual obligations and human rights with the inmates/detainees in their care.
Cons: Immature and lazy staff that do not like to come to work. The company process to terminate is very tough to navigate.
