I liked working with Northrop Grumman. They are not perfect. I experienced pay inequity. They started given the people who only had 7-10 years experience the managers job leaving some of us without the opportunity to advance. Great education reimbursement to advance your education. I would have stayed but they wouldn’t match the offer I was given.
