Pricing Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Pricing Coordinator?
September 2023
Fast, Micromanaging.
Pricing Coordinator in West Monroe:
Pros: My team
Cons: My manager has held her position without advancing for nearly 20 years causing many missed opportunities for others.
July 2022
Activation - pricing coordinator.
Pricing Coordinator in Auckland:
Pros: Family vibe. All genuinely care about one another. SO many policies and opportunities in place to support whatever I need. From carers leave, to a parental (not only maternity) leave policy that is better than the standard government policies. From a domestic violence support and leave policy, to late notice Flexi shifts so that I can attend Family focused events - something highly important to me and my well-being
Cons: Pay. The leaders would not revise my salary until the achievement review process was completed, at the end of the financial year, even when a genuine dispute was raised eg new staff have too many beersies and share that they're starting on $5k p/a less than I was earning after 4+ years with the company. A common issue, but horrifying to see in action. I worked across vital roles including workforce planner and order management executive, sometimes simultaneously. Quite disheartening
