Pros: Freedom to work how I work most of the time without over the shoulder management..Also giving them great work results.
Cons: Treated unfairly and not recognized for seniority for positions or pay... When your hurt they don't care although the extreme job duties are the cause.. They give us old outdated equipment and bad contaminated conditions expecting perfection..
