Cons: Traffic, high rent costs

Pros: Supportive coworkers who I enjoy working with and work that will hopefully improve the lives of children and families. A culture and hunger for positive change across the system, so I'm part of that change and encouraged to push further in our search for better solutions.
Cons: A lot of levels of management above me, so everything needs multiple layers of review and approval.
