Over worked, 60 hrs every other week and 48 hrs the other weeks in four days. I’ve had 4 new supervisors in two years and employees come and go weekly.

Pros: I’m confendent in my Extrusion abilities and enjoy working with my fellow employees.
Cons: Very long hours, no breaks some days and large turnover of employees and management.Every benefit that we have has been reduced or eliminated in my years of employment at OCC.

Pros: The benefits are hard to beat. The pay is fairly good. People there are very nice and fun to be around.
Cons: If you do not stab others in the back, you will not move up. You could be an excellent employee, but if you are on an off shift, you will not be seen and promoted.

Cons: Lack of communication, women not being treated equal to men having a harder time moving up in the company, mandatory overtime every weekend, machines not being kept in proper working order causing more problems so we can't run product efficiently, people not being paid fairly based on time with the company and knowledge
