Physical Therapy Aide Reviews
What is it like working as a Physical Therapy Aide?
March 2023
It is self rewarding.
Physical Therapy Aide in Washington:

Cons: There isn't much recognition given to our department
May 2022
A Rewarding Educational Place to Work.
Physical Therapy Aide in Union:
Pros: Seeing the results that take place
Cons: Always adding responsibilities and no compensation
January 2022
Easy on traffic.
Physical Therapy Aide in Opelousas:
Pros: Working in Opelousas Louisiana is convenient.
Cons: I least like working in Opelousas Louisiana is the unfair pay scale and current wages. Also there is a certain tension in the air, some organizations not all, regarding African American women in healthcare appear to be unfairly treated and assumed unfairly as being less important. Higher Management such as Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Registered Nurses, Medical Social Workers, Human Resources, and Business Office departments often deem Certified Nursing Assistants, ward clerks, housekeeping, dietary staff, environmental staff, as well as Physical Therapy Technicians and Restorative Aides, as though we deserve to feel unfairly and treated unfairly and too small or unimportant to be worth consideration. Meaning insignificant of a person that without power or influence. Based on our educational backgrounds and lacking on paper vs the skills shown by this same qualified employee. Unfair pay is $11.10 for 12 years on a job and respected as a leader by fellow co workers and higher management.

PTSS Review.
Physical Therapy Aide in Grand Rapids:
Pros: I absolutely love who I work with in PT, she is awesome and fun and honestly everyone working at our center is a delight. I also love all the different people I get to interact with, because it keeps every day fresh and interesting .
Cons: I only wish I got paid more for the additional work I do. I not only work in PT and run PT referrals and scheduling, but have now been entrusted with working suspense and assisting the Front Desk when they need it.
