Pros: Coworkers, staff, patients, and facility.
Cons: 10% pay cut, poor communication, no raises, work holidays/weekends, and late communication/get information second hand rather than from corporate.

They have cut my pay by 3.00 dollars/hour and am only working about 20 hours a week, since the pandemic. They have also the company to Select Rehab.
