Physical Therapist (PT):
I have worked at Bon Secours Mercy for almost two decades. Although changes in recent years have made unpaid paperwork more frequent, it is still the best place to work for healthcare in Greenville. Pay is median and benefits are good to better in comparison to other health systems . The people make the difference and the mission is divine !

Varying types of patients.

Pros: I like that I get a variety of different patients and it never get a boring becaue of that. Also, overall I love the people I spend each day with.
Cons: That my concerns are not always heard, although I voice them and I am grossly underpaid.

Pros: People are generally nice, commute is great. Small town feel and nice place to raise kids. Low crime.
Cons: So cold. Not much here if you're not from here. Not much to do, pay is crappy.
