Good job, somewhat toxic culture.
Photographer in Bendigo:
Pros: Every day is different, you can use your creative visual talents, even if it’s a boring photo job. Some of the people are the best people you’ll ever meet. Passionate to make a difference in the world.
Cons: The unequal treatment of female photographers. The unequal allocation of photo gear between male and female staff. Subtle bullying, and personalities who like to talk about other people. Journalists will hang off every word you say, so beware, if they don’t like you words can be mis-taken.
