A bit stressfull being that the pay is not great.

Pros: What I like most about my job is that I am able to communicate effectivly and kindly with patients and leave them satisfied enough to say that they are coming to my pharmacy instead of Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid ..ect.
Cons: What I least like about my job is there are no benefits , no holiday pay, no insurance..ect. Too much stress for only $1 dollar more than the others that get to use me as a shell from the Pharmacist.

Pros: I've been there long enough to watch kids grow up. I like doing my work accurately. I really enjoy inventory management.
Cons: Corporate is focused on numbers. They have reduced the stores to skeleton staff but expect more, more, more all the time.
