What is it like working as a Pharmacy Assistant?

I learnt as I worked, and knowledge came through dedication.
Pharmacy Assistant:
Learn as much as possible, by knowing what products are on the shelf, and reading what products contain, how they work, contraindications with other medicines.Having the Pharmacy presented clean and bright, all products stacked in correct place, and prices marked clearly.Product knowledge is a must.Customers to be served as quickley as possible, and acknowledge them,( with a smile, and be with you soon,) if you are pre occupied with other's.

Pharmacy Assistant:
Pros: I enjoy preparing prescriptions and giving excellent customer service. I believe what I do is important and it makes me feel good.
Cons: I don't feel as I am paid what I'm worth to the company. The responsibilities of the pharmacy should be shared.

Pros: People are nice , shift are great.
Cons: Standing all day, demanding patient.
