Minimum wage, no guaranteed hours, stressed out managers, high pressure to perform, benefits after one year, high staff turnover rate. Co-workers good to work with. No appreciation for workers who come early or stay late without pay.

Pros: The proximity to all amenities and easy and free parking is very handy

In retail pharmacy you want to be fast and accurate but accuracy is paramount. It doesn't matter how quickly something is done if it's done incorrectly.
