What is it like working as a Pest Control Technician?

A lot of changes has happened since I started I’m just catching on I’m new but the veterans have close to 300 stocks and I have 170 or so meanwhile I’m at almost 100% and we’re only halfway through the month and they’re barely at 50 or below.

Pros: Leaving a customers house and knowing they’re satisfied in their problem was actually taken care of but also The money if I can get what they said I would be making as a pest tech as long as I put in the work the production and leads and overtime which I am I will be so happy I have twins that are going to be 3 in September and a 1 yr old and I currently adopted my 17 year old sister so this is the best job I’ve ever had benefits and the ways to make that extra buck a car a phone the opportunities they say are endless im excited but for a woman it is hard I’m not gonna lie and hot but I do it every day
Cons: Production total I get and the vets pick the better ones to keep the larger stops

Hard Work Pays Off.

Pros: You define your value in the job. I initially was motivated in the first couple months but challenges came out externally and internally. How I deal with those affects my work attitude which then affects my work value. The company assigns you a responsibility and expects you to take care of it and to expand.
Cons: Lacking in upward mobility. Everything else is great but I personally want to continue moving up but I don't feel like I have many opportunities moving up in the company.
