Pros: People are laid back and social. PAE has been very supportive of Work from Home during COVID-19
Cons: Positions pay below market rate for DC Metro Area. Raises are low (1% to 3%) and are non-negotiable. Some internal openings require you already have a higher level clearance. DC office does not offer commuter benefits
