Pros: Making the senior's happy.
Cons: When the senior's are sad and depress, and they missing their spouse's or loved ones. Even missing their homes that they no longer live in. It breaks my heart.

Pros: Management team is supportive, pay is fair, benefits are great for part-time and great work life balance.
Cons: Not much room for advancement within the PSW role (people with degrees/diplomas preferred). Raises stop at just under $20.
