Pay Attention!
Personal Assistant:
Get to know your boss, their personality and the way they like to work, then tailor your working practices to blend as easily as possible. Take time to organize your work, especially if you have a heavy workload so that you can work as effectively and with as little stress as possible. Be patient with people who report to you but try to provide firm leadership and a good example. If working for more than one boss, ensure that they give you the priorities for work given.
