Pros: When I see hopelessness slowly dissipate and when they recognize I have experience and see them start to trust the process.
Cons: Sometimes protocols or agency rules/guidelines are not as autonomous as the individuals vary in need and support. As well as there needs to be an official way to request for a support staff in writing so that the organization can follow up on any incidents. For both the staff and the individual.
