Cons: There is quite a bit of pressure associated with being a provider, and this has significantly increased since our practice was acquired by a different company.

Pros: It isn't as stressful as other medical jobs but I still feel important and help others. The paycheck also isn't too bad either.
Cons: I didn't like the hours or not being aloud to have pets at work.
