Taxing, demanding...employer is never satisfied unless you are seeing more patients, quality of care is not considered to be important, raisea are rare except executives and their relatives and friends.

Pros: Hours, time off, vacation, my patients
Cons: No ladder up, no upward mobility. Executives with no education or experience who are leading the organization. No transparency with pay. Too much nepotism and favoritism. Lack of licensed staff. Poor nursing. No true appreciation for a job well done

I like the mission, but there is high staff turnover and what feels like no oversight. Mgmt is overwhelmed and not very responsive. Staff training is not very educational. Good benefits but pay not competitive.
