Pros: Clinical setting, I can see an infant and a athlete all in the same day in an outpatient setting.

Pediatric Physical Therapist in Doylestown:
Pros: The clinical experience of an outpatient setting. I can see an infant and then the next hour I can treat an ortho, post-surgical, sports athlete.
Cons: Low pay, no additional paid time to complete necessary tasks outside of 8 treating hours, overtime has to be pre-approved and typically it's banked as PTO because the likelihood of approval is rare. It has to be within the office's best interest.
