Low pay ($11/hr) for what is expected of you. All management cares about is metics/performance numbers. Your sup., your manager, your director don't advocate for you. If you are a robot and obey all orders without question then, aramark is for you.

Pros: We are a team and all get on really well, from the Patient Transport Officers to nurses and managers.
Cons: I don't think there's anything I don't like about it, except for the non-existent undercover parking at most hospitals and patients get wet from the vehicle into the hospital.
