Patient Services Representative in Riverside:
Pros: Some of my co workers.
Cons: They do not give pay raises. Last pay raise for employee in the clinic was in 2014 and before that was 2010. Supervisors and directors get bonuses every three months and pay raises every year .They have supervisor who have no clue what they are doing. When there is a problem with a patient supervisor do not want to handle it. They do not appreciate their employees. The CEO of the company has no clue what really goes on in the clinic. The do not give their employees proper train they expect the employees to figure it out on their own.

Pros: I like most about my job is helping the patients with there problems, or Health issues.
Cons: Working conditions.

Pros: I get to learn lots of things.
Cons: Management acts put out or defensive when it comes to complaints from co-workers. Unfair at times. Huge lack of training. Co-workers with little experience train new employees rather than upper management doing it.

Learn how to be a people person, and a team player, respect for others. I have expericence with customer service. Come too work with a smile.
