Patient Coordinator:
Pros: The daily interaction with people and my staff. Very gratifying to grow my staff and to assist in patient care.
Cons: I tend to over volunteer when no one wants to do a job. I sometimes get overwhelmed but I am always able to complete the task I take on on a timely basis. I am very flexible and easy adapt to new new cultures and new ways of doing business. Have worked most of my career in a very corporate professional setting. I ways set my abilities above what is expected of me.

Everyday Is A New Day.
Patient Coordinator:
Pros: Dealing with plastic surgery comes with very interesting cases and patients. You learn something new everyday and make so many personal connections that it never gets boring!
Cons: There are a lot of steps and responsibilities involved when coordinating surgery for the patient. If you let one thing slip, a whole domino effect will force you to cancel surgery or become a liability to the patient's health or the doctor. So it can be very exhausting and too stressful at times.
