Pros: Routine. Teamwork evident most of the time.
Cons: 1:9 or more patient ratio depending on staffing. Other coworkers lazy/call out with no punishment. Terrible employee took 5 full years to fire. No consequences or repercussions for cutting corners/poor quality work. Pay is just dismal for dayshift weekday.
