Patient Care Technician:
Payscale is low for all the HARD work you put in. I’m starting to see a lot of young teammates and nothing is wrong with that but the attitudes some younger people give is evil pure evil. I couldn’t take it anymore so I resigned plus the pay just ain’t worth the headache.

Patient Care Technician:
The pct's are payed very little, understaffed, overworked, showed no appreciation, for this I give CHS a one star rating. The company seems to be having more people slack of and not care, till employees lean to work as a team , I dont see that it will ever make a positive impact on chs.
