Pros: Making a difference in my patients and their families stay. I personally like to bond with each and every person.
Cons: Co workers (most) have little to no respect for other coworkers time nor do they have respectable work ethics. Having said this, 1 person could get written up for being 1 minute late while others get away with daily tardiness and long breaks. Not everyone is held to the same standard.
