Patient Account Representative:
Always listen and repeat what you don't understand. Know that your goals should always be to give your best. I challenge myself to find ways that work for me after I have learned the process to do my job quicker and more cost efficent.
If things seem too stressfull, I take a break or walk away for a minute and then revist what seems impossible. Change your routine if you do the same thing everyday to maybe doing what would be last first, what would be a chore to my last deed, but make sure that you accomplish the goals for the day.
